I was in Little Rock recently and passed that red brick Kroger on Highway 10 and I was talking to my dad about how much I missed it. I have only seen one Kroger here in Dallas and it is a bit sketchy so I don't frequent there often. I love how OPI is popping up everywhere but some people are wondering if it will hurt their brand. Personally, I love that it's at Target and Kroger. I have yet to see it at Wally World though! I miss Kroger!
